I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn, though there were some ups and downs. The location was superb, just a short walk from the Parramatta Bus and Train terminals as well as Westfield Mall. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were exceptionally helpful, which really made a difference. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited and in need of improvement.
